Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for IMEI registration.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office  considers this request as invalid. NTC does not require cellphone owners to register their IMEI Number and please do not disclose the IMEI Number of your cellphone in this portal.

You maybe asking on how to determine the IMEI Number of your cellphone, and here is the way for you to follow:

Click the following characters from your cellphone *#06# 
The Serial Number that you see in your device is now your IMEI NUmber. Screenshot and save it. In case your cellphone unit will get lost, you can request it for blocking to the nearest NTC Regional Office. 

For your next request, kindly explain further what information do you need and its valid purpose.

You may use this portal for you to file your valid eFOI request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
