Good day, 

I am reporting a case of fraud that took place sept 6, 2023. 
i was called up by a mobile number 09296746528 sating my creditcard has been upgraded and the points needs to be transferred to the new card. The fraudster tooke a total of P 25, 000. i would like to find out the idenity of the fraudster so i can file a case in NBI. thank you
