Hello, good day! I would like to request a new sim card with same number. I had lost my cellphone last week and I need to get my number. Please tell me if I need to submit supported documents for this. Thank You and Godbless.

You asked for REQUESTING FOR NEW SIM WITH THE SAME NUMBER.

Response to Request

Please be advised that you need to visit the service center of the network provider for you to request the change or replacement of your SIM using the same number.  NTC is a regulatory agency and not a Cellular Mobile Telecommunications Service (CMTS) provider.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
