Hi I would like to request to trace the location of these numbers for threatening, downloading my contacts, and texting them of false accusation. 

The numbers are 0963-151-1600 and 639300652808.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to trace the loss cellphones and cellphone numbers. However, you may request for blocking of the numbers that are sending threats or illegal messages. Please refer that concern to telephone number 89267722 or 89204464.
