Hello,  
    good day to you and on your good Office I am writing complaint letter for PLDT  for I DON'T HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION SINCE 
MAY 8 2022 UP UNTIL THE SAID DATE!  
     
 I am residing at mandaue city cebu and this is my reference # 52019704 

This is my SECOND ATTEMPT WRITTING ON YOU  The last time you denied it  but UPON checking your RESPOND it's CLEARLY THAT  YOU DIDN'T READ IT  

 I Am asking you Peacefully and consider to read this complaint letter against  to the PLDT and to be given a chance to take some actions
