I want to ask if I there's a certification from NTC that our radio in DEBESMSCAT dubbed Buffalo Radio with a frequency of 93.1 and if I could ask for a copy of the certificate.

You asked for Proof / Certification from NTC.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance as per assessment of the concerned Operating Unit,  you need to spell out the acronym of the station name and your explicit purpose of requesting for a copy of the certification. It is much better if you could present the request of the NBC in your company for the NTC to have a legitimate reference in providing the information you are requesting. 

Furthermore, may we invite you to visit our office at NTC Bldg., East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City and bring your valid identification from the company and your authorization letter for us to facilitate your request if it is legitimate and available.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
