Hi, i would like to request NTC to ask big telecom companies to add Cell Site to Ligao, Albay.. and also please ask them to repair their Cell Site due to as of this moment August 2, 2023 still I can't contact my loveones in the said province. Please fixed it immediately. Again No cellphone signal as of yesterday until this moment in Ligao Albay.

As per the evaluation in your request, this office finds that it is considered a consumer complaint frontline service transaction and not an FOI request.
