Hi! I would like to complain against Globe for the reason that I've been trying to avail their call services but I never get to use them after the purchase. I've purchased their Unlimited Call plans but there are so many instances wherein the call just says: "call ended", without even connecting or ringing the other person's phone. I believe, I deserve a refund for all the services I paid and never availed. I live in the city, so I believe, connection is the issue unless there's a typhoon. I need to call people for emergency purposes but there is just no way for me to call them now.

In response to your request to follow up regarding the mentioned case of NTC versus GLOBE, may w respectfully inform you that this is not the proper venue for you to lodged that concern. We are not aware of what is the nature and particular Operating Unit  issued you that case.
