Hello! I would like to request for the name and/or location/s of the owner of these numbers +63 996 924 5131 and +63 992 802 7361. This person owes me money since 2021 and hasn't paid in full. They haven't replied for more than a week now.

In response to your request to follow up regarding the mentioned case of NTC versus GLOBE, may w respectfully inform you that this is not the proper venue for you to lodged that concern. We are not aware of what is the nature and particular Operating Unit  issued you that case.
