You asked for assistance in tracking or identifying the owner of the SIM Card number.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to track the owner of the cellphone number. However, if you wish to report for blocking, please report to the nearest NTC Office your area or call 043-723-1246 or 0437231245
