Hello,

I would like to know what authority is granted to cable providers and what is the extent of their authority towards the channel they are allowing to show in their cable. Specifically, I would like to know if they can impose limitation on what could be aired by the channel, or is it vested alone with the MTRCB to exercise discretion.
