Hi i would like to request permission to transsport my 2 laptop from dubai, uae to manila philippines to be able to transport the 2 laptop i am seeking a letter from ntc that is allowing me to transper my laptop from dubai to philippine via DHL reason for this is due to my family is in need of use of laptop specially my brother which is studying in college right know.
