You asked for Identify the location and name of the owner of this number for harassing me and threatening me.

Response to Request

As per the evaluation of your request, please be advised that NTC does not have the capability to trace the owner of SIM Numbers. However, we suggest that you coordinate personally with the TELCO provider of your SIM or the NBI and request any appropriate guidance and assistance that they could provide to you.
