 good governance, have a good day i would like to know if a registred  V.A.S holder providing an internet in the province and using (wireless Point to Point) if legal and if not  what other requirement they need to make their business legal and how to comply with it, because i read on the certificate that on
paragraph no.4
garantee shall not put up its own wired and wireless radio and shall not use transmission network,toll or local distribution of a public telecommunication entity (PTE)
as a citizen of the Philippines and we compliance with the law in a good governance, thank you.,
