Issue: 5000.00 pesos was sent to my number but that number wasn't registered to gcash. I tried to register itnbut gcash app keeps returning with error.
I created a ticker with gcash  last May 21 and up to now, no feedback.

I have already provided them all the details they need to know.

I need help to get this on fast track. Need the money for school fees. Thank you.
