 Gusto ko sana mag reklamo sa isang online task flatform bussiness na ang pangalan ay gaisano-mall.com..Dito nag iinvest po aku ng pera para sa top up na merchant para makuha ko daw yung commision ko..pero nong last task ko na po biglang nag merchant ng isa pa..,at nagkahalaga na ng 80k plus..ang balance ko don is php.33,110.00 di ko siya na withdraw kaai biglang nag add ulit nag isang merchant.. Sana po matulongan niyo po aku.salamat..

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that your request does not have the complete information in order for us to refer you to the National Privacy Commission or to the Philippine National Police for appropriate action.

NTC could only do the blocking of the SIM number of the scammer but can't track the owner of the SIM. If you opt to let the SIM number to be blocked, you visit our website at www.ntc.gov.ph for you to lodge your request.

We then suggest that you report that to the offices that we mentioned above with your complete details of your complaint.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
