May I again inform you that you need to call the NTC NCR for further instructions if you can not follow the requirements in the NTC website.
Please call the following contact numbers: 8924-4072 OR 8426-8215 or you need to apply in their office because there are minimal fees to pay and other requirements to be presented for them to facilitate your request.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
