You make a follow up for you Government Radio Operator Certificate.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office reminds you that we have different regional offices nationwide, and we suggest that you follow up to the Regional Office where you filed your application. You may visit their website and take note of their contact details or you go back to their office because you need to receive your renewed certificate personally.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
