Hi,

I would like to file a complaint to GCash since I haven't heard from them anymore. 

Funds were transferred to a cancelled sim card and I can't log jn back from that number anymore since its considered lost. I've been trying to reach them since 9/24 and I haven't receive any resolution yet. The money was suppose to be for the hospital bill and I told them it was an emergency still no response. 

The money on the previous number has 14,000 on it. I alrrady provided an affidavit of loss, ID's for verification, last gcash transactions and yet no response. 

I badly need the money asap.
