If it's a minor, it is necessary that during registration, the minor is with the parents/guardian, and aside from the said documents, the minor should bring the original NSO. This proposed system may entail some additional work and processes, but the ultimate goal is to secure and protect the citizens of the Philippines effectively. I humbly request your consideration and support for this comprehensive proposal. By making these changes, we can substantially enhance digital security and strengthen our defenses against the rising threat of online scams.
