Good day, may i request to activate my phone number that was cancelled last week. I forgot to load my number that is why it was cancelled. My number is 09562009113. I hope you can help me with this matter because all my transactions online are linked to my number. Thank you

You asked for Reactivation of phone number.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to reactivate your SIM Number. However, we suggest that you refer that to the concerned Public Telecommunications Entity or provider for their appropriate assistance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
