You asked for How to apply a license for radio technician.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office can't extend the appropriate assistance to your query, unless you may want to know how to apply for a radio Operator Certificate for you to become a certified license radio operator. 
In view of that, for further information relevant to your query, we encourage you to visit the Citizens Charter of NTC National Capital Region or call the telephone Number 8-9243779.
