HI, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET THE MONEY THAT WAS SENT TO MY GCASH ACCOUNT VIA WISE/TRANSFERWISE THAT GCASH DID NOT DISPENSE TO MY ACCOUNT.

You asked this office to assist you regarding your issues with your GCASH Account.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to address the information you requested. However, may we suggest that you visit the concerned telecommunications center regarding your concerns. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
