Hi, may I ask what is the status of the report that I sent regarding my phone that got stolen last January 21?

Along with the report was the number of that phone and I tried to retrieve the number again thru Globe. Will I still be able to gain access to it? It has been a week and I have not received anything from the sim replacement given by globe with that number.
