Hi I would like to ask your insights regarding
Value Added Service Certification section 3. which states ;
Grantee shall not establish its own wired/wireless network?
Is a vas provider allowed to use its own fiber and wireless technology in reselling bandwidth? given that a vas provider is only using the leased connection from PTE'S?
