Greetings.

Phones receiving NTC alerts regarding DOH's: Makiisa sa Chikiting Ligtas Campaign  on Polio, Rubella and Tigdas vaccination, in line with this, provide me the following:

1. Does NTC have advertising and marketing partnership with DOH re: DOH's: Makiisa sa Chikiting Ligtas Campaign on Polio, Rubella and Tigdas vaccination? Yes or No? If "Yes", provide me contract of agreement, the coverage as well as budget allotment.

2. Clearance, issuance, legal basis to use NTC as vaccination platform for DOH's:Makiisa sa Chikiting Ligtas Campaign on Polio, Rubella and Tigdas vaccination.
