What are the rules and regulations for Non-License bands used in Philippines?

This information shall be used by the Metro Manila Subway project for the type of approval of equipment before arriving in Philippines.

Dear Mr. Bautista,

Greetings!

We acknowledge your letter dated Sep 27, 2022 08:57:50 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Rules and Regulations for Non-Licensed frequency bands used in Philippines.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding the requested information. We need you to give us the complete details of the information you requested like the the model/type of the equipment and frequency range  that you are expecting to be delivered here in the Phils for that particular purpose.  We have pre-requisite prior to type approval of the equipment. 

In particular, it would be helpful if you could provide us a letter of intent and explain further the specific information the equipment to be purchased/possessed or delivered in the Phils.
