Hi id like to ask how long to get temporary CCN to access NSW WEBSITE?

I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS TO MISTG, BOC, NTC EMAIL ADDRESSES AND SENT ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AND ALL THE RESPONSE IS MY CONCERNS WHERE ACKNOWLEDGED but until now i dont get any reply. I only need to get temporary ccn, is it that hard to provide?
