Sombrio 12:13 AM, Oct 03, 2023

Hi,

I would like to request an NTC permit prior to import. I left my phone at Singapore Changi Airport, the Lost and Found team was able to retrieve my phone. DHL, the courier that I contacted to pick up and deliver my phone here in the Philippines required me an NTC permit for my phone. Please help me with my request.

Regards,
Justain Avhygail Sombrio
