I am enquiring in regard to a NTC Permit to Import. My family residing in the USA has a used iPhone that they no longer require and would like to send to me for daily use and for college studies. The device is unlocked, free of any carrier network obligations, and will be for personal use within the Philippines. Please advise of any documentation necessary to fulfill this request for permission to import. I appreciate and assistance you can provide.
