Hi, I would like to ask for the list of NTC Registered Internet Service Providers in Quezon City. If the qualification is too specific, I am amenable to receiving a list of those NTC Registered ISPs in Metro Manila or the entire Philippines.
The list will be used for the market research for ISP Procurement of the our agency. I am requesting as part of the requirements by GPPB and in virtue of GPPB Resolution 19, s 2006 which talks about Consulting DICT and NTC for the above service.
