May 16, 2023 Dear Mr. Aviles, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 15, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for follow up about complain #NTC-843151997615. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, as per evaluation, this Office had provided you already the information on the details on where to file your complaint for blocking. Kindly read thoroughly the previously sent response in your first request.
