While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

However, you may wish to contact  your Telecom Provider for this particular request.

Also, the above information you have requested falls under exception pursuant to Sec.2 of R.A. 10173, otherwise known as Data Privacy Act of 2012, which provides that it is the policy of the State to protect the fundamental human right privacy of communications while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth. The State also recognizes its inherent obligation to ensure that personal information in information and communications system in the government and in the private sector are secured and protected.
