If no how do I get it approved?

In my previous inquiry FOI replied only how to secure a permit but did not answer if the goTenna Network Mesh needs a permit prior importation and if the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is already NTC approved.

Please include info on how to secure a permit for the gotenna mesh network if it is required before import.
Info on how to get the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 approved by NCT.

You asked for the status of goTenna Network Mesh and Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. As per evaluation of the concerned Operating Unit which is the Equipment Standard Division of this Commission, the following are their responses:
In item Number 1. Does thee goTenna Network Mesh need an NTC permit before importing the equipment?
Answer : As per reference to the given weblink, it describes the product as a radio equipment and therefore regulated by the NTC. However, due to the functionality of this device that it offers telecommunication services to its users and operates in frequency bands that may affect other communication devices in the Philippines, we respectfully recommend a technical presentation of the equipment.
In item Number 2. Is the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 NTC Approved?
Answer: As per reference to the NTC website at www.ntc.gov.ph, on the list of Type Approved/Accepted Grant of Equipment Conformity, Samsung SM-T575 with Marketing Name Galaxy Tab Active 3 is Type Approved/Accepted with GEC No. ESD-GC-2006260.
