Hi, I will be shipping two mobile phone samsung flip second hand and Iphone 14 pro max brand new via DHL courier from Philippines to Singapore and I was advised that the NTC permit should be secured first otherwise, it might be subject to long clearance delays, high penalties or customs seizure. Is this true? What would be the process of applying for the NTC permit? How long will it take to process the permit? Whom should I get in touch with for the process and requirements?
