I purchased a Samsung S23 last June 25, 2023. Together with the phone unit, we were granted a free Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 45mm, to which they said would be delivered to my house within 15-30 days. Exactly 30 working days after, August 10, we called and to our surprise, the status was still pending, no delivery on its way, and no updates or apologies or compensation from the team was sent. We would like to report to you how this company gives false promises regarding their promotions to bait the customers to purchase their products. I am pleading for an immediate action on this.
