I would like to request for information on the list of current spectrum rights holders and the frequencies they hold, for the following mobile communications frequencies:

300 MHz
400 MHz
700 MHz
800 MHz
900 MHz
1500 MHz
1700 MHz
1800 MHz
1900 MHz
2100 MHz
2300 MHz
2400 Mhz
2500 MHz
3400 MHz

I would also like to get information on the following: the corresponding circulars, effectivity dates, and expiry dates of the grant of spectrum rights, and the grant of co-use rights, as applicable.

I am attaching a sample Excel template for ease of delivering the requested information. Thank you.
