Dear Rosevie Alejandro,

Thank you for your request dated Aug 27, 2023 11:32:56 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request on checking the name of the person who texted threat on family.

We received your request on Aug 27, 2023 11:32:56 AM and we have forwarded your request to NBI or to the nearest Police Station for any immediate assistance that they could provide you.

You may also report that personally to the TELECOM provider concerned for proper guidance on how to lodge your complaint. NTC can only request those SIM Numbers for  blocking but does not have the capability to trace the owners of the SIM numbers.
