My phone got stolen last Sunday, January 28. Already reported it to police, and had a sim replacement done last Monday, and had my number reinstated yesterday, Wednesday (Jan 31). I couldn't find the box, but I bought it from an authorized Shopee store, and I have the receipt. I also have the IMEI number on the device.

Is this request offensive?
