Hi, can anyone help me, my former employee (mark joseph, Sayoc) got fired and he took the Sim cards with him, ngayon is nagtatago na po sya and ayaw makipag cooperate saamin, nag nakaw po sya ng resibo ng company and ginagamit nya yung pangalan ng company namin para mang iscam, please help.

You asked this office to discard the Company Simcard used for scam.

Response to Request

Your request is a frontline complaint transaction and not exactly an FOI request. However, to extend our services, may we suggest that you visit the concerned TELCO service center and refer your concern.  NTC is a regulatory agency and not a service center. You bring your important documents and valid IDs as your evidence that you are the legitimate representative of the company to file complaint against the alleged employee.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
