Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that your request is frontline services and not considered as FOI request. However, may I suggest that you refer your concern first to the concerned cellphone company and you may be guided by the staff of their requirements as that concerns sensitive personal information.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to :
