You asked for I was Scam by this number and registered gcash number.

Response to Request:
As per evaluation in your request, this office finds that it is considered a consumer frontline service transaction. 

However, to extend our services, in that case NTC has no capability to locate/track or determine the information of the scammer. You may visit the concerned TELCO Provider and seek for their assistance and you may also report that to PNP-Anti cybercrime Division.

For other issues and concerns, we suggest the following guidelines for you to follow:
1.	Do not disclose the IMEI Number of your lost/stolen cellphone unit and SIM Number in this portal. 
2.	You may file or submit your complaints to the following website provided below:
