Smart is refusing to provide USC for the MNP to switch from their Network to another with same number. I tried to reach to them but the agent Aria asked me to go to the nearest Smart store but that is 58km away from my location. 

Most of the process now are being done virtually like what DITO is doing. They can provide USC online. And yet Smart is not providing a good service to their subscribers online, all they do is to make it harder for their subscribers.

It's ok to go to the nearest store but they are not also building store in every area that needs it.
