Hi! I would like to request for tracking or blocking the stolen phone with imei 1 - 869666059226793 and imei 2 - 869666059226793 with simcards globe 09158160915 and smart sim 09605900989. I already sent the necessary documents for my request via consumer@ntc.gov.ph yesterday May 25, 2022. I hope that this request will be catered. Thank you and God bless.

Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost phone. In reference to the above request, may we refer you to file a request for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. You may file it at Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) at National Telecommunications Commission BIR Road East Triangle Diliman Quezon City . Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM or call at 8-9213251 & 8-9267722 for further information
