1. June 4 is the date of transaction and gcash did not send the money to my recipient bank.
2. ive been fixing this issue for almost 3 months and up until now no money is being refunded even though i already presented my proof regarding the money being not received by eastwest bank.
3. the money is for my tuition fee amounting 4940, if I cant fix it before  August end, i will be drop out to my school
