Hi! I would like to request for NTC to awarded 88.7 FM in Cebu to Vimcontu Broadcasting Corporation, licensed to Mandaue City for the return of DYPC in the airwaves soon under the operator of Mandaue Broadcasting Center, the media arm of Mandaue City College, including this with pending application and issued a provisional authority to operate the station for June 2022.

DYPC established as campus-based station at 91.8 MHz from it's inception in 2013 and later moved to 91.9 MHz in 2015, which now assigned to 88.7 MHz as approved by the NTC since 2017.

I hope that you'll kindly send my e-mail address. Also, please kindly forward this request to Mandaue City College-Main Campus located at H. Abellana St., Brgy. Basak, Mandaue City, Cebu and/or at DYLA Cebu office that situated at the 2/F JSU-PSU Mariners' Court-Cebu Bldg. inside the ALU-VIMCONTU Welfare Center along Legazpi Ext. Pier 1, Cebu City, especially to all papers went through the correct process of course in coordination with the city government and even Vimcontu Broadcasting Corporation to marking the return of DYPC 88.7 FM on the airwaves in Metro Cebu as soon as possible through a joint-venture between Vimcontu and MCC, six years after the station went off the air in December 2019.
