When registering the SIM card, individuals would need to provide the following information:
Primary phone number network
Primary phone number carrier
Type of mobile phone
Phone model of the primary phone number
Date and place of SIM card purchase
Store details and owner information
If a person attempts to purchase a new SIM card, the retailer should request a valid ID and cross-reference their records to identify if this person has previously purchased a SIM card.
