I am writing to you to complain about the transaction that was erroneously debited to my account twice> 
 
1.	I paid 1773.84 to Prulife UK for my policy using GCredit. 
Reference No. 683808709 
Transaction at 4:01 PM 
It was successful. Please see attached screenshot
 
2.	The next day, I am surprised to receive a notice from Gcash that I successfully paid 
Php 1763.84 to Prulife UK again for the same policy. I did not initiate this time and only received a text message.

Transaction time : 8:25 AM 
 
I raised this concern on the Gcash App under help with ticket No. 5026
