Good day Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to report and file a complaint against Gcash for fraudulent activity. 

Dated November 20, 2022, I suppose to receive an amount of 2,500 pesos to my Gcash account that was sent from my father. I received a text/SMS notification as proof indicating that the amount was successfully sent to my Gcash account however upon checking the money wasn't reflected on my Gcash app. It doesn't show in the last transaction that I received the money, yet there is a text confirmation that the amount was successfully sent to me. Please help, I am jobless and I needed the money.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance please be reminded that G-Cash is not an NTC regulated service rather a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated mobile money service that lets consumer/s buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using Globe, TM, or any other network.
