Good day!

Kindly issue the nationwide updated database of amateur radio station licensees and radio amateur operators in the Philippines as stated in NTC Memorandum Circular Number 03-03-2012 Section 2.12
"The NTC shall maintain an updated database of amateur radio station licensees and radio amateur operators. This database shall be made available to the public and shall only reveal the name, call sign(s), amateur radio class and license expiration date of the club station license, ARSL or RAOC.

This data is important not only for our thesis but also in the amateur radio community.

Greetings from the National Telecommunications Commission!

Thank you for your interest in filing your request at NTC FOI Portal Phils. 

However, we regret to inform you that this office denied your request with the information that Sec. 2.12 of M.C. No. 03-03-2012 dated August 29, 2012 issued  by NTC is already superceeded with Section 2 of Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the DAta Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), which provides that it is the policy of the State to protect the fundamental human right of privacy of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promte innovation and growth. The State also recognizes its inherent obligation to ensure that personal information in information and communications systems in the government and in the private sector are secured and protected.

Considering the above statement, your request is denied.
